I've been here many times over the years, I love that this place is one of the few places that is open late. One of my favorite bartenders is Naema, she is very attentive and fast at getting your order. She's very kind and sweet as well. I was there a week ago, it was quite busy and the other bartender that was working there was busy talking to other customers and ignoring us. As soon as Naema came back from break, things went very smooth and she immediately saw us waiting and came over to help us. This place is perfect if you are shopping and need a quick drink and if you have kids it is a plus. It's family friendly, highly recommend it.

Came here with my kid while we were spending the day at Valley Fair and honestly we had a really good time There were plenty of games for kids and adults, so it wasn’t just a place for little kids. My son stayed entertained the whole time and didn’t want to leave, which says a lot. The place was clean, the games were in good condition, and the staff were friendly whenever we needed help. It felt well managed even though it was fairly busy. It’s definitely not the cheapest place once you start loading up game cards and grabbing snacks, but that’s kind of expected at Valley Fair. We ended up spending more time there than we planned because everyone was having fun. It’s a nice option if you need a break from shopping or want to do something different with your family. We’ll definitely come back.

Finally visited the new bowling alley/arcade at VF Mall for an event with church friends, and we had a great time. Online booking portal made it easy to reserve a few days ahead. We liked that our group could start bowling without waiting for everyone to arrive, and the scoring system made it easy to add in later arrivals. Facility was clean, and staff were friendly and attentive. Fun outing for both adults and kids. We also used the 15% weekend promotion, which made it an even better value! Mall parking is always an expected challenge on weekends... but overall, had a fun time and would definitely recommend!

The place is super nice and new. There are a ton of lanes, so our waits haven't been too bad, and the arcade is decent (our kids love it) so we can always kill time before a lane opens up. The nachos are good too! And the service at the lanes is good too. As far as bowling goes, it's easily the nicest place ive been to.

I took my son for his first arcade ever and I chose Lucky Strike, he went BANANAS. The vibes were good and we had a great time. Staff was really nice and it was a well kept environment, I was constantly freaking out over the baby touching things lol. Definitely recommend for a low commitment outing with kids during the week.

Came for a company event. We had the nicest server Abe. His customer service was amazing. He was very attentive and made sure we were all good the whole time. Would love to have him host our group again in the future.

Recently I visited Lucky Strike Bowling Valley Fair, it was later about 8.20pm, I ordered a fresh beer and delicious cauliflower bites. My first try with these appetizers, I really liked them. I highly recommend the cauliflower bites. And the large TV's are wonderful. Sit at the counter and you will see fantastic sports on TV!!

We came here for a stop at the mall and got drinks and to sit down. They have a big bar area and games, bowling, and so on. The drinks tasted pretty good and they had large screens to watch from here. We tried the cauliflower buffalo bites and they tasted really good! Would highly recommend getting these!

Fun place for kids birthday party! Love that it has skee ball, lots of other games, and a bar for the adults. They keep the food and soda/juice coming throughout the party. Paid parking available , but there are areas roped off with more parking for $15.

Lucky Strike at Valley Fair is such a fun place for families! It's the perfect spot to play arcade games, go bowling, enjoy good food, and just have a great time together with the kids. Everything is in one place, which makes it super convenient when spending the day at Valley Fair Mall. The atmosphere is fun, energetic, and family-friendly. Highly recommend for a fun family outing!

The venue is inside the mall and has no signage anywhere saying it's Bowlero - the directions has it on the other side of the mall. But, it's on the side where the Apple Store and Coldstone is (the only places I really remember lol). It's got a bar in the front that I would like to check out next time, and air hockey tables before heading to the arcade side. We got a buy two games of bowling get the third 50% off deal with the rental shoes not too bad of a fit. The kiosk to order at the lanes is kind of not placed conveniently so we went through our server who was also busy with some corporate event that was going on at the same time. You don't get much choices in game experience which is new to me because I haven't bowled since the late 90's but it is cute to see animations other than a turkey after three strikes. The other thing was in the middle of our game another group came to share the lane and just had no courtesy. Maybe it's just how I used to league but it was polite to take a

I took my family to Bowlero and had a very positive experience. Zuzu at the front desk made my check in experience very easy. The arcade also had fun games for my younger kids. Overall very pleasant time good place for quality family time.

Always loved Bowlero and this location at Valley Fair. Didn't realize going to the mall was still a thing because this mall stays busy. Bowlero its self is always busy paired with it being at Valley Fair mall equals pandemonium. They have an arcade section when you enter with a bar which is great while you wait to bowl. Downside is the amount of space you have in the arcade area. Everything seems packed in tight and it can be hard to maneuver. I have to say the people at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Also they helped me apply my Groupon promotion for the bowling. Make sure you check out Groupon as they have great promotions for Bowlero. The wait can be long but it's well worth it.
