Update from 09/06/26: Food is still great for a bowling alley or themed restaurant. Pricey but good. There is a HUGE problem I've noticed in the past, but had a way to quantify this time. My new watch actively listens for excessively loud sound, specially over extended time. It sent me notifications numerous times while eating with a group in the bar area, in the men's bathroom (yes Lucky Strike feels the need to blare music in the restrooms), and while bowling. Cross checked with a sound app on my phone and others to insure accuracy. At or over 80 decibels almost continously for 3 hours. 1 1/2 hours in and my watch warned that exposure at these levels can cause permanent hearing loss. A little later and my watch noted I'd hit my daily limit for excessive sound exposure. Not only is this extremely hazardous to customers and even more so for children, but it's even worse for all the employees who are there for hours each day over many days each week. Lucky Strike is a top tier bowling experience for the family. From the lanes, bar and food to the large arcade, there is fun for everyone. We got the summer passes and came at least once a week all summer, the kids loved it. The staff is super friendly and helpful, we will be coming back for years!

great place for any level of player and any age as long as you can pick up a bowling ball. But if not, they have a arcade. We’ve been here to entertain kids, birthdays, date, nights, and meet up with friends. This is a welcome addition to Moorpark. I will say the food is good, especially for being a bowling alley .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ MAX at Lucky Strike Moorpark was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond from the moment we arrived and made the entire experience that much better. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and MAX absolutely nailed it. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire time. Lucky Strike is lucky to have her! If management sees this, MAX deserves some serious recognition. We’ll definitely be back because of the experience she gave us!

We went to Lucky Strike for a family reunion and reserved 3 lanes. What a fabulous experience we had! We could not have had a better time. The facility was super clean and the staff was top notch!! The whole experience from reservation to getting bowling shoes to the comfortable place to play and watch to the food and drink service was extremely well done. A special shout out to the manager, Blair, who went above and beyond to take care of us. We are very grateful. We will definitely be back!!

We had such an amazing experience here during our Cousin Camp! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome with their kindness, hospitality, and outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure our group had a great time, and it truly meant a lot. The food was delicious, especially the ice cream and warm chocolate chip cookies! The atmosphere was clean, fun, and family-friendly, making it the perfect place to spend quality time together and create wonderful memories. Thank you for treating our family with such care and making our Cousin Camp so special. We can't wait to come back and will definitely be recommending Lucky Strike to our friends and family. I initially spoke to Blair in April to make sure this venue was indeed open until 1am on Fridays in summer as I wanted to use it for the after party for my wedding. Though he assured me the place would be open until 1 then, when the wedding day came July 3 and all my guests arrived, it turned out their hours had changed to midnight. But never fear! The management team and bar staff jumped quickly to solve the problem and let us stay until 1 anyway - an hour after their actual closing time! They had a great time with us too - as you can see from the photo. We enjoyed food until 12:30 and drinks right up until the end from the fun and incredible staff there who wanted to keep our party going, which they did. Now we must all go back an actually bowl there! They are an hour away from me in Burbank but heck for this venue I'll make the drive any day cause they are amazing.

Update: Ryan was absolutely incredible tonight. It was busy for the World Cup and the food orders got backed up a bit towards the end of happy hour. He took it upon himself to go back to the kitchen to help them speed things up. Great initiative.

I couldn’t not share my awesome experience here today. EVERYONE was so kind and attentive ! The manager , Blair, couldn’t have been more welcoming and kind when we checked in. He asked if there were any birthdays in our group and there were so he sent over a cookie for the girls. Our server, Max was so sweet and helpful and Paige at the front helped me to reload our cards when I was having trouble. A surprisingly wonderful first experience thank you Lucky Strike team!

We celebrated my nephew's 7th birthday at Lucky Strike and had the most wonderful experience -- largely thanks to their incredible staff. My nephew had his heart set on winning a ball from the claw machine. After about 10 attempts with no luck, he was pretty heartbroken. I approached management to ask if there was any way to purchase a ball outright, not wanting his birthday to be overshadowed by disappointment. Without hesitation, they offered to give him one completely free of charge. They went to the back, blew it up, and brought it out and his whole face lit up. That small act of kindness made his entire day. It's rare to see a business go so genuinely above and beyond for a customer, and it did not go unnoticed. Lucky Strike didn't just host a birthday party -- they made a memory. We will absolutely be back!

Very clean and fun bowling place. This bowling alley has a lot of lanes to play, celebrate birthdays or parties. A lot of parking space If you want to order while you're playing the servers are nice and they bring you the food and keep checking if everything is okay. If you don't want to play bowling there is a game area with air hockey machines, etc The bathrooms were very clean.

Had a party with 15 adults, 2 hours of bowling with unlimited pizza, wings, fries, 2 drink coupons each and unlimited soda. The servers were fantastic and on it!! Ryan, the lead guy, was exceptional and very helpful during the entire event! Great guy!! Fun was had by all!! This was our first time here and we'll be back. I'd recommend the group party event. We bought the package through Lucky Strike promo. Approximately $55 per person.

I'm SO HAPPY a new bowling alley finally opened in this area! I came here with my sister and son on a Sunday afternoon and was able to get a lane quickly without a reservation. They charge by game or they have some promotions available. At first, the front desk girl assigned us to a lane but when we got there, it was full of 6-8 teenagers using only one lane in the entire booth area. I kindly asked one of the servers, Max, if we could possibly move one lane over since I'm only with my sister and toddler son. She spoke to the floor manager and was easily able to resolve this for us by moving us over to another booth! AMAZING SERVICE! She came by and took our order for drinks and appetizers, and also came by appropriately to check in on us if we needed anything else. The bowling alley is super CLEAN and caters to children who want to bowl with automatic bumpers! The arcade has so many games to play too! Will definitely be coming back here for the service and fun atmosphere!

Was invited to a birthday party here. It was a nice experience. I might consider hosting birthday parties here as well. It is located in a huge plaza right off the freeway. It has plenty of parking and the facility is huge with a bar, arcade and of course a bunch of lanes. Our party rented 5 lanes for 2 hours with food and drinks. My only complaint was I had to notify staff to fix the fan where the balls come out as it was not working. They also don't have odd weight balls or heavy balls. They did find me a 14 lb ball near the end but I usually use a 13 lb ball. Before that the heaviest ball was 12lbs. I'm blaming the ball for my scores that day.
