Great place to spend some time with family and friends. The staff are great too. They are very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks better than I expected for bowling alley fare. The facility is so clean. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

The company that I work for hosted this bowling party for all of its employees and their plus one..this is the first time my husband and I have been at Lucky Strike the pizzas, chicken tenders, salad and cookies and brownies plus the drinks were awesome! The only thing we had to purchase were adult drinks .the line to the bar was long and very pricey. But the place had something for everyone! From bowling to the arcade where the kids from all ages were having a ball! We will definitely be back! Shout out to Dematic thank you for a great time! You guys Rock!

i had a group of maybe 21 people come out all meeting eachother for the first time , starting from a single tiktok asking people who needs friends. Bowling was perfect , it gave people a chance to get up and do things , while being able to sit down and talk! They have a great food and great drinks ! The mangers/ workers on duty saturday night did an amazing job making sure all of us were well taken care of! i would definitely book here for any events with family or friends !

absolutely 10/10 experience. the manager up there, i think his name was christian was the coolest guy of all time and treated my party so well. the vip room is way to go if you’re going to be there. also the arcade is cheap and fun as *****. this an amazing place if you’re looking for something fun to do for 2+ hours.

I had an amazing experience at Lucky Strike, and a huge reason why was the manager Matt. He went above and beyond the entire time we were there. Not only did he make sure our order was right, but he personally took care of us by helping make the food, refilling drinks, checking on us constantly, and making sure everyone was having a great time. You don't see customer service like that very often anymore. Matt was professional, hardworking, and genuinely cared about giving us the best experience possible. Lucky Strike is lucky to have a manager like him.

I went bowling with a friend of mine at this place for the first time early this evening. I had a great time! The food was good, but there were issues with the customer service. It was completely understandable because it was very busy, and it was a Saturday night. Long story short, it was a little disorganized. Thanks!

Fun place for sure! The atmosphere is nice, upbeat, and fun. . Friendly staff, and everything worked (machines, computers, etc) . . . A bit pricey i thought (6 bucks for a fountain drink), but overall, pretty good!

Came here for my daughters 17th birthday. We booked the party online while at the register for the deals with help from Haven. We had Troy and Christian stop by and confirm everything was running smoothly. Our host was Lauren, she was THE GOAT! I hope I didn't worry her to much but I made sure she k ew she was GREATLY APPRECIATED! Thanks guys fornthe great time!

My family and I have been to this bowlero at least a dozen times when visiting the Memphis area. This is by far the nicest bowlero that I have been to. The lanes are in good shape. The seating arrangement is awesome near the lanes even though they are a little dated. Please don't change the layout if you do update them! The arcade is also really nice. The biggest of all the bowleros I have been too. Negatives... High prices if you are not a league member. The same as all bowleros. The front lanes are terrible, always in the dark and rarely oiled. The lanes in the main section are great though.

Unfortunately it was as expected for location. Issues with the lane not cycling the pins properly took 10+ minutes for the "mechanic" to address. The kids had a card to play video games so they just gave up on bowling. Which, by the way, the best deal for multiple kids is to get the same amount of money on one card for them to share instead of each having a card. Might sound like "privileged" issues but with all the technology available I feel like this could be better.
