Such a great family experience! The customer service, atmosphere, and overall vibe were 10/10! The kids had a blast with the free bowling and arcade games, and we even won a $50 gift card in the raffle! The photo booth was also awesome—the pictures came out in real color and looked great. The sampler platter was pretty good, although the wings were a little undercooked. My first drink wasn’t great it tasted funny and didn’t taste the alcohol in it at all so I ordered a tequila shot and I was shocked when I found out the shot I ordered was $17.99 , but the manager was great and gave me a $6 discount. My second drink, the Blue Long Island, was 10/10! Overall, we had an amazing time and made some great memories. The kids loved it, and we’ll definitely be back!

If I could give this place more than five stars, I would mainly because of two absolute superstars who somehow make every visit feel like an episode of my favorite comedy. First, let's talk about Loreen. I honestly think she was born to work with people. The second you walk through the door, you're greeted with a smile so genuine it could probably brighten a power outage. She's hilarious, full of positive energy, and somehow manages to keep everyone laughing while running the front desk like a total pro. Need help with bowling? Loreen's already two steps ahead of you. She's the definition of outstanding customer service, and if raises were based on personality alone, she'd be making CEO money by now. She is truly the MVP of first impressions and one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. Then there's Jelsy—the waitress who never seems to have an "off" day. I took family members. 3 children and 2 teenagers. And 3 adults. We all had good time. We got there hungry. So sorry no pictures. We ordered special for children 18 in pizza a day pitcher of soda. For adults pizza and pitcher of margaritas. And other items o menu . All. We're happy. Then came bowling We all had a fantastic time. All employees were helpful and attentive. We will be back . The entire staff does a phenomenal job taking care of the customers. The female staff are always friendly, attentive, and make everyone feel welcome. The men also do a great job and provide excellent service. A special shoutout to V, the bartender, who always goes above and beyond for her customers. She truly makes every visit enjoyable. I also want to recognize Loreen at the front desk. She has a fantastic personality, is incredibly helpful with all your bowling assistants, and always greets guests with a smile. She's a tremendous asset to the team and deserves a raise for the outstanding work she does!
