We had another great experience at Lucky Strike! Although the name may have changed, the one thing that hasn't is the amazing staff and outstanding service. Everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making every visit enjoyable. It's great to see the same familiar faces and know that the customer service hasn't missed a beat. A fun atmosphere, great people, and always a good time. We'll definitely keep coming back! Highly recommend!

The staff here is the best. I have NEVER had a bad time here. I’ve bowled at a lot of places and this is exponentially the best. If you want to have an amazing time try this alley.

We’ve been coming here pretty regularly and always have a good time. Everyone is friendly and helpful, but Ace deserves a special shoutout — she always takes great care of us at the bar and makes us feel welcome every time we come in. Great staff, fun atmosphere, and definitely somewhere we’ll keep coming back to!

Everyone is friendly, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about making sure people have a good time. Ace always takes great care of us at the bar, Al keeps everything running smoothly, Michael does an awesome job keeping the lanes and equipment in shape, and the rest of the staff is just as helpful and personable. It’s rare to find a place where the whole team consistently makes you feel welcome, but they absolutely do here. Great atmosphere, great people, and a big reason we keep coming back. Highly recommend!

By far my favorite location in the Richmond area. The staff, both floor and managers, are great and will go out their way to correct any issues. Ace and Sarah are incredibly friendly and will make sure you have a good time. Aside from great service, Bowlero also has great deals including the Summer Pass which is a steal of a deal!

One of my grandchildren had her birthday party at the bowling alley. It was a sunday early afternoon and not crowded. The kids had a lot of fun and the music was good. The pizza crust was a little hard, although the pizza itself was tasty. Everybody seemed to have a really good time.

I took my T-shirt printing team here for an outing. All of the staff were so great and made our experience even better. There were 16 of us. So happy we ended up here instead of Top Golf. We will be doing this way more.

Shoutout to Craig in the front. Very welcoming, and attentive. Even came by our lane when we had an issue with our ball without needing to ask. Great lasting impression. You a good dude Craig, appreciate you!
