We’ve been coming here pretty regularly and always have a good time. Everyone is friendly and helpful, but Ace deserves a special shoutout — she always takes great care of us at the bar and makes us feel welcome every time we come in. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about making sure people have a good time. Ace always takes great care of us at the bar, Al keeps everything running smoothly, Michael does an awesome job keeping the lanes and equipment in shape, and the rest of the staff is just as helpful and personable. It’s rare to find a place where the whole team consistently makes you feel welcome, but they absolutely do here. Great atmosphere, great people, and a big reason we keep coming back. Highly recommend!

By far my favorite location in the Richmond area. The staff, both floor and managers, are great and will go out their way to correct any issues. Ace and Sarah are incredibly friendly and will make sure you have a good time. Aside from great service, Bowlero also has great deals including the Summer Pass which is a steal of a deal!

One of my grandchildren had her birthday party at the bowling alley. It was a sunday early afternoon and not crowded. The kids had a lot of fun and the music was good. The pizza crust was a little hard, although the pizza itself was tasty. Everybody seemed to have a really good time.

I took my T-shirt printing team here for an outing. All of the staff were so great and made our experience even better. There were 16 of us. So happy we ended up here instead of Top Golf. We will be doing this way more.

It was an amazing time with family, and we truly enjoyed every moment we spent here together. The service was great from start to finish, with friendly staff who made sure everything ran smoothly and that we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was fun, welcoming, and perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. Everything felt clean, organized, and well-managed(shout out to Craig). which made the experience even better. I would definitely come here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax and have fun.

The service provided by the staff was top notch, and the food was really good. The funnel cake fries were a huge hit. The kids not only enjoyed bowling, but also had a blast playing the arcade games!
