The manager, Danny, is Incredible when it comes to customer service. On a Friday night, My boyfriend and I had booked to go on a date night here, but unfortunately, during dinner, I had fallen down the stairs and hurt my ankle. Danny gave me his number to make sure I was personally taken care of and I was able to move my reservation to the following week. He would check in just to make sure that my issue is resolved and I really appreciate that.

It was fun because we hadn't been bowling together as a family in looong time and plus it was my birthday Appetizer platter and pizzas were pretty good! The music was not very good...a lot of old music from the 80's 90's. Where's the up beat rocking music?Music you can sing and dance to? I like a variety of music but the music was NOT HITTIN' A place like this you gotta have great music to move to and for a fun time. Lucky strike in Los Angeles was a vibe and soooo much more fun.

We had such a great experience at Lucky Strike in Rancho Cucamonga yesterday, and I especially want to recognize Tina! There were six of us--two adults and four kids--and Tina was working the front desk shortly after they opened. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to help us and made sure we were taken care of. Later, we ran into an issue in the arcade, and Tina once again went out of her way to help get everything resolved so the kiddos were able to get their prizes. That meant a lot to them and was really appreciated by us. As a family, going out with several kids isn't something we're able to do all the time, so when we do plan an outing, having a genuinely great experience matters. Tina's kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made the money and time we spent there feel well worth it. Great customer service really can make all the difference, and Tina definitely made our visit better. Thank you, Tina, for being so helpful, patient, and kind. We truly apprecia

We had such an amazing experience at Lucky Strike! From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and that our party had a wonderful time. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. A special thank you to the managers, Katie L. and Jason A., for being so accommodating and making sure everything went smoothly. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference. It was clear that they cared about making sure our experience was enjoyable and stress-free. We also want to give a huge shout-out to the two front desk hosts, Andrew S. and Jason V. They were absolutely amazing! They were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful in guiding our party through the process. They made sure we knew what to do, answered our questions, and helped us navigate everything with such a positive attitude. Customer service like this is hard to find, and w

Went to join a bowling league in which my friend signed up online. Apparently corporate did not communicate with the local bowling alley and we weren’t able to join. The general manager had been talking with me and my friends and found out and made sure we were talking care of and set us up with a league at another location and hosted us to bowl a couple of games. The staff were very friendly and such a great location. I can’t say how welcoming and accommodating the general manager Danny Ortiz was. A very great Customer experience.

I was so impressed with this location. It was very clean, even the bathrooms were clean! I found that the staff were really helpful very polite my friend and I got the fries, and they were so good. I got the bacon and cheese topping ones definitely recommend! I went here because I found a Groupon, but honestly, the pricing on their website was very similar to the Groupon pricing. One thing to know is that cell phone reception at this location is not great lol

This remodeled bowling alley, in the new name of Lucky strike did an excellent job renovating the place, the carpet upon walking in , is nice and clean. The reupholstered seats were sleek and comfortable. The bowling alley floor was kept up in great condition. We ordered a pitcher of Coors light and it came out super crispy and cold. Management has everyone operating smoothly and efficiently. I'm definitely comin back !
