You need to know one thing about this alley, and it's that the staff here are awesome. Over the summer, our young adults group bowled almost three times a week (if not more) and had so much fun! I always love chatting with the staff here because they make my day, and hey! -- I bet they would make your day too. And even If you're a little shy, don't worry, the bowling here is pretty schweet too. Since this used to be Fat Cats, then turned into Bowlero... then turned into Lucky Strike! -- it's cool to see that they have kept the original free-fall pin machines. Now with this alley recently switching names again, they have brand schpankin' new house balls that feel pretty nice; although... nothing will ever beat a properly fitted ball. Food here is pretty enjoyable as well. I pray to Jesus that they'll keep the chicken sandwich on the menu Overall, this place is awesome, but even then, no place is ever perfect. Way fun! Played $10 worth of games before our movie. Very clean, most of the games are in great condition. Fun, family atmosphere. Definitely plan on coming back!

This place was actually pretty fun. The bowing was pretty affordable. The music was good. I had a r3ally fun time there with my partner. And after bowling, we played giant Jenga. My only complaint is that the sodas we got were ungodly expensive.

Really enjoy the atmosphere here it is clean, there are padded bench seats instead of the hard plastic seats at most bowling alleys, large arcade, good food (moderate price) and I felt comfortable enough to go there by myself as a woman. Very friendly staff. Clean environment.

If you want the best customer service experience, bowlero promenade is the way to go! The two girl employees at the desk yesterday are amazing! Very respectful and helpful every time we go. They are hilarious, they make you feel extremely special as soon as you walk through the doors. Sadly I always forget to get their names! But they make us wanna go back just to see them. Our server Karen, has to be the best server in our experience. She’s polite and always is on top of her game! If you see those three girls just know your night is going to be amazing!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great time at Bowlero Promenade! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever we needed anything. The atmosphere was fun, the lanes were well-maintained, and the whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. We had such a great bday here for our 6 year old. Everything went so smoothly from the food to the bowling to the arcade. The kids had a total blast. The managers, servers, and everyone else who helped us out were awesome and attentive! We would definitely have a party here again. Thank you so much!

We had such a great experience during our visit! We came in for an evening of family bonding and bowling, and even though the center was busy with multiple parties, everything ran so smoothly. Dallas at the front desk made check-in quick and easy, keeping things moving seamlessly. Mel, the manager, went above and beyond. My bank flagged the charge as fraud, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. She took the time to talk to me over the phone and work things out. Mel is amazing, professional, understanding, and a great leader for her staff. Annabeth did an amazing job managing the phones during what I can imagine to be a busy Saturday night. The whole team's efforts it did not go unnoticed! The kids had an absolute blast, and we truly appreciated the effort everyone put in to make the experience so positive. Thank you all!

We've enjoyed all of Bowlero's experiences in the past (especially the half-price arcade on Wednesdays!), and we had part of my daughter's 10th birthday party at the arcade. I got a jackpot in Skee-Ball and was hoping to give the 1,500 tickets to my daughter, but the machine didn't credit us with the tickets. Staff member Mel listened to our issue and was very friendly and understanding in getting everything sorted out. Thanks for a great experience!

Customer service is not dead, folks—it’s alive, thriving, and apparently working full-time at this place. We went bowling with friends last night and somehow ended up in what can only be described as the Super Bowl of bowling experiences—and it was all thanks to Mel. Honestly, Mel should be traveling the globe training customer service managers like some kind of hospitality superhero. The place was spotless, the vibe was perfect, and Ryan took such good care of us I briefly considered inviting him to future family gatherings. We were so well taken care of that every future bowling trip is basically ruined. Like, why even bother unless Mel and Ryan are there? Truly, a once-in-a-lifetime bowling experience… which is not something I ever thought I’d say. Congratulations on absolutely winning at life.
